Malayalam Film Actor Kalasala Babu dead at 68

Film artiste Kalasala Babu passed away here in Kerala early on Monday at a private hospital

         Malayalam film actor Kalasala Babu passed away on here early Monday morning in Ernakulam Medical Trust Hospital at 68.The actor was suffering from heart ailments and was under treatment for the past three months.

          He Was Veteran stage, TV and Malayalam film artiste,who began his own drama group in the mid 1970s.

         His entry into Malayalam cinema with the film 'Ineya Thedi' by John Paul.Born to Kathakali maestro Kalamandalam Krishnan Nair and Mohiniyattam exponent Kalamandalam Kalyanikutty Amma.He is survived by his wife Lalitha and children, Sreedevi who resides in the US and Viswanathan.
