Great lyricist and poet Yusufali Kechery Passed away |21 March 2015

        Yusufali Kechery Malayalam music Legend , Malayalam lyricist and poet Yusufali Kechery passed away here on Saturday at 81 years Old.He was undergoing treatment for infection in the lungs at Amrita Institute of Medical Science.Yusufali Kechery was born on May 16, 1934 in Kecheri of Thrissur district, near Guruvayur.e was a law graduate and had practiced in Thrissur in his earlier days.A noted poet and lyricist Kecheri had also produced and directed a few Malayalam movies.He started his career as a lyricist with the film 'Moodupadam' released in 1963. He ventured as a producer with 'Sindooracheppu' in 1971.
